This FREE conference will provide both didactic and hands-on opportunities to build your knowledge on how to manage common emergencies in austere environments and improvise with limited resources. Nationally renowned healthcare providers with careers focused in wilderness medicine will host sessions ranging from Wilderness Toxicology, ultrasound, Avalanche and Hypothermia Management, and more.
