Advanced Wilderness Life Support
Learn valuable skills such as patient assessment, patient movement, wound care, altitude medicine, drowning care and toxicology while earning AWLS certification.

Swift Water Rescue
The River Safety and Rescue workshop teaches recognition and avoidance of common river hazards, execution of self-rescue techniques, and simple rescues of paddlers in distress. Fundamental techniques for dealing with hazards that carry greater risks for both victim and rescuer, such as entrapements and pins, also are taught.

Climbing Medicine
Learn basic knots, rappelling techniques and basics of self/partner rescue. Learn about common climbing injuries and how to care for them at the crag. Weather permitting climb and practice these skills outdoors.
