Wilderness Medicine Provider Course
Become a course director and teach your own WMP course: the modern standard in wilderness medicine. A turn-key, evidence-based curriculum for instructors who demand the latest clinical guidelines.
Elevate Your Educational Offerings
Medical professionals are seeking advanced, credit-heavy training that reflects the realities of modern austere care. The BRAM Wilderness Medical Provider (WMP) is a comprehensive, hybrid, certification course designed by Fellowship-trained physicians to meet that demand, while offering CME and FAWM credits.

Why License the WMP Curriculum?
- 2025 Evidence-Based Standards: We prioritize current evidence based medicine. Our curriculum is peer-reviewed and updated continuously to reflect the latest Wilderness Medical Society (WMS) practice guidelines and current trauma/austere literature.
- Turn-Key Administration: Eliminate the administrative burden. We provide a code for your students to enroll into our Learning Management System (LMS). You receive a roster and a “Ready-to-Teach” student body.
- Superior Value for Students: Your students earn 28.75 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™ and and up to 28.25 FAWM credits.
- Your Market, Your Pricing: We charge a flat licensing fee per student. You set your own retail price and profit margins based on your local market dynamics.
- Marketing Support: Your course dates are listed on the BRAM website, driving more traffic directly to your course.
The Director Experience
- Students Register: They sign up via the BRAM portal and complete the 16-hour didactic online pre-course delivered by leaders in Wilderness Medicine.
- You Teach: You host the 2-day in-person session using our detailed Instructor Manual which includes gear list, scenario scripts, and workshop guides.
- We Certify: We issue the WMP Certification and process CME and/or FAWM credits.
